I'd been looking for blotting paper for a while and found this treasure trove of wrinting accessories. Both my husband and I hav started using our fountain pens again for that more personal touch in our communications with friends, etc. I'll definitely come back for ink, etc.

I came across this lovely shop on a day out in Bury St Edmunds a few years ago. I started chatting to the owners and the passion was there to see, they gave me their undivided time and it was clear that their love of all things to do with pens and ink was palpable. I would therefore go out of my way to support them ! I have just ordered 2 bottles of ink ( I love the Rohrer and Klinger "Cassia") Excellent website with great lay-out, it was easy to order. Biggest problem is getting lost in the list of beautiful fountain pens and drooling over them ! I have told my friends about their site and one friend immediately ordered a little Kaweco Sport. All in all highly recommended. You really do not need to shop anywhere else...and it was the personal touch the day in the shop that made all the difference. I wish all businesses would run like this.

Wow. Compliments should be rightly paid to such a good company. Next day delivery? Tick. Polite and friendly? Tick. I ordered a beautiful Sailor 1911 fountain pen in yellow and it just arrived, like they said, over £100 means next day signed delivery. It's a beautiful pen and I wish I was mad enough to buy other colours of this model. Note, they were right that Japanese nibs come up skinny, so the judgement I made in getting a broad gave me the equivalent of a medium nib. I'm very happy.

It's a delight to deal with a truly knowledgeable and helpful retailer of all things to do with the 'handwritten communication'. Add to that a fast accurate response and Postal delivery to purchases of such materials, and nothing would want a customer to go to any other retailer no matter how low priced or near that may be.
