CAN I CALL YOU?

We're sorry, but due to personal reasons we are not always able to answer phone calls at present. Therefore, please e-mail your enquiry. We aim respond to all e-mail enquiries and usually within 48 hours, unless we are away in which case you will receive an automated reply.

CAN I SEND YOU MY PEN?

Please discuss a repair or custom nib with us beforehand - do not send your pens without hearing back from us first.

CAN I VISIT?

Visitors are welcome strictly by appointment only - please call or e-mail for details. We work from home so please respect our privacy and do not turn up unannounced.
