I've been using their services for some time and everything has always been perfect. Pen and ink oders have been flawless. Not working pens have been restored to their working perfection. All in all a good shop where both Martin and Anna are very helpful.

I was delighted to discover the Writing Desk and Anna and Martin. It is very rare to find such helpful and professional individuals far away from my home to assist me with great generosity in purchasing Christmas gifts for family in the UK. The gifts were meaningful because my father had a Lamy pen when he studied Architecture in Vienna in the 1930’s.. now I have a Lamy pen source and intend to purchase Lamy refills and Lamy pens often.
