Very nice packaging, post had done their best drop kicking the box, but contents survived. Impressed you used a paper style tape making recycling the packaging easier. The pen Safari Joy is, well a joy to use, can't wait for you to get more Sketch ink colours back in stock. Very happy with service and products received.

Just ordered a Conklin Old Glory. Sure not an expensive pen. Yet 32g and long with thick barrel. Just what I was looking for. The colours are great. As for service, The owners delayed their holiday for a few hours so I could pick up the pen. Now that is SERVICE. If you want a pen from a small company that has knowledge and provides a high level of service..... This is the place to go. Well done Writing Desk.

I bought the ink syringe to refill Sheaffer cartridges which are costly and scarce. It is the best £1.50 I ever spent and was delivered the next day. Old fashioned professional service- brilliant! Thank you.

Knowledge of their products is first class. The service is second to none. I recently purchased a pen for my son and the help, guidance was fantastic. They took time to explain the pens available and what would be best for him. The result was, my son was over the moon > even at the age of 40! We went to other shops/suppliers and frankly no other was in the same arena. They deserve success. I am now going back to buy a pen for > yes myself.

I ordered a Pilot VP Stub Nib Unit late on Friday, and received it on Tuesday morning. Very well packaged, but not awkward to open. As always from Anna and Martin excellent, and efficient service.
