I've purchased fountain pens and inks from 'The Writing Desk' on several occassions over the years. Their products are competitively priced and are packaged with a lot of care and delivered quickly. I have on an occassion or two had problems with the products and on contacing the very friendly team the issues were very swiftly resolved. I would wholeheartednely recommend this brilliant online store to anyone looking for excellent quality products.

Unfortunately, Royal Mail managed to misdeliver the first order I placed using standard delivery, which meant it never turned up despite being confirmed as delivered to somewhere in my street. Anna very kindly refunded me for that with no quibbles, and I used a tracked service for my replacement delivery. Everything was safely packaged, and I'm very happy to recommend this site wholeheartedly. Not so much Royal Mail standard delivery, though!

This is the first time that I have used The Writing Desk, and was not disappointed. Martin changed the nib to broad that I wanted for the Kaweco pen, and dispatched it promptly. The pen arrived by Royal Mail securely packaged and on time , two days. Very pleased with the pen, unusual design, writes smoothly. Will be using The Writing Desk again.
