Purchased a Waterman Piston Converter believing I was taking a bit of a gamble whether it would work or not (i.e.fit). Was most impressed! Quality and neatness of design. No more constantly replacing those silly little cartridges with a minuscule of ink in them!Great.

I got two separate orders. The first I did myself and the second I needed customer care. Both were AMAZING experiences. The customer service from Anna and Martin was wonderful. I had difficulty completing an order and they helped me through it. The fountain pen was well packed and sent out quickly. Martin's work tuning the nib insured my pen would write smoothly and had just the write amount of ink. That's why I keep coming back to their webstore.

I have always been impressed with the customer service from The Writing Desk, but they excelled themselves this time! I dropped my Lamy 2000 and so needed a new nib. This was turned around the same day, including fitting the nib and servicing the pen.
