When you're buying a very expensive pen it's reassuring to know that you can trust The Writing Desk not to sell you a pup. As soon as I saw the Omas Arte Italiano Noir in their collectible section I thought that their "near mint" description would mean "as good as new" and it did. A beautiful pen and worth every penny.

A brilliant repair for my Caran d’ache nib which came from the manufacturer mis-aligned. It now writes smoothly and comfortably. Given that this was in the busiest time of the it took less than a week to be completed. The Writing Desk can be relied on for a good range of almost anything pen and stationery geeks, like me, could wish for.

Excellent service as usual from The Writing Desk. During recent weeks I've ordered 2 more Kaweco fountain pens (to join my exceptional Dia 2, also bought from here) & some accessories. All ordered separately. A Kaweco Student (transparent demonstrator) with EF nib & the black Supra, also in EF. All products arrived quickly, safely & well packaged. - Highly recommended seller! Thank you.PS: These Kaweco fountain pens are of high quality, proving to be very comfortable & reliable even for longer writing sessions. I find they're hard to beat for overall value. Their EF nibs are more like a Japanese EF. They're so good that I'll definitely be adding at least one or two more in future. I'll probably do some individual pen reviews later.
