| Anna & Martin were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I went to their office by appointment and Martin downed tools to look at two pens needing attention and gave one nib a thorough service and repair. It’s fantastic now! I also trialled some new pens and chatted to them about the UK pen show, amongst other things. I will certainly use them again, Martin grinds nibs, so I’ve made a note of that for future reference. | Just purchased a very inexpensive replacement pen nib. The nib was tested to see that it was functioning correctly and packaged robustly to prevent damage in transit. I have in previous reviews said that the service provided by Anna and Martin was superb. This is another example of their unbeatable service.
