| Pen and inks ordered - pen needed to be special ordered but Martin sent me an email letting me know, pen and inks arrived well packaged, in perfect order less than a week after initially ordering. This is how things should be.I have also asked about ordering some spare nibs and again, Martin emailed promptly to let me know how that is progressing. I know I deal with The Writing Desk via a computer but it is clear that at the other end there is a human being who really does care about their customers and products. When I ordered, a few letters of my address were not shown on the payment window, but the payment confirmation mail showed all of them.
