I was really impressed by the care shown in the way my modest order was packed - a great demonstration of the attention to detail shown by TWD. If I may, however, I would like to suggest that Platinum fountain pens should be added to the range, and also that the Diplomat selection be expanded to include the latest Excellence fountain pens.
