Consistently fantastic service from The Writing Desk that should be bookmarked by all fountain-pen scribblers.I placed an order for an extra-fine nib pen which, though not readily available, the team were happy to despatch on the same day by replacing nibs. Thank you! The option for recyclable packaging is greatly appreciated.The fact that the pens and nibs are tested by the team is in itself excellent, as at a manufacturing level this is not typically done per nib which results in the odd poorly-performing pen. Testing the nibs and even including the test card is just a small detail that demonstrates the outstanding quality of service delivered by The Writing Desk.Thank you for your stellar work and service :)
