The Writing Desk were helpful and knowledgeable about the Conway Stewart pen I purchased, but, regrettably, it did not arrive within the time specified. This delay is almost certainly the fault of Conway Stewart however The Writing Desk did not contact me to advise that the pen would not be delivered in time.
