I needed a few different things, a Lamy Safari nib (because mine landed nose first on the floor), a new Kaweco nib and wanted to some maintenance items as well. I went through all my usual sites and could not get all the items on just one site. Next, I tried The Writing Desk and they had all the items I needed, as well as some items that I didn't know I needed ;-) I had a few troubles with the website (my browser, perhaps) though and ended up putting a few more of a couple of things in my basket and only realised after I'd paid. I used the forms online to get in contact and they were more than willing to remove the additional items and refund the difference without it being a case of having to cancel the order and reorder. This was great, but what was even better is that I still got the parcel in good time and now I can go ahead and fix my Safari and other dodgy nib. There was no delay in getting the parcel out. Thank you so much for your service and also having all the bits and bobs that I needed in one place. I will definitely start on your site as my first port of call in the future. I have a Lamy Studio, which is a pretty pen, but the smooth metal grip can be horrid to hold on to. It’s not easy to find a replacement nib unit for that model, but The Writing Desk has them for sale and I snagged one. It arrived in short order, well packed to protect the nib. I swapped the original out for the rubber unit I ordered from here and it fits perfectly and seriously made the pen more enjoyable to write with. Will order from here again if I need such parts!

This is my second order with The Writing Desk. Once again they did not disappoint. I ordered a pen, converter and bottle of ink on Sunday evening. On Monday evening the order had dispatched and this afternoon (Tuesday) it has arrived. All in order and really well packaged- no chance of any damage or breakages en route. I will definitely buy from The Writing Desk again.
