| Lets start with delivery. Lets face it, the industry standard for delivery is next day. The Writing Desk offer this as standard in the form of First Class Delivery. This is 95% of the time next day. The next is free delivery. This is offered at a class leading £20. not the £30 or £50 of other suppliers. As we can see, second to none in this area.Lets talk about customer service next. I had an error with an order where the wrong colour pen was sent out. A phone call later of no longer than 5 minutes, everything was sorted. 24 hours later I had the pen I ordered in my hand, at no expense to me. Once again, class leading.Out of interest, the pen I ordered was the Faber Castell Loom in Gunmetal Matt, and I adore it. It looks and writes way beyond its £37 price tag. Because of the delivery, product pricing, and first class customer service, I will not use another supplier as I can rely on The Writing Desk to put me first. Well done chaps, and thank you. I am very pleased to have discovered a supplier offering a range of quality writing materials and on this occasion it was writing paper and envelopes that I ordered. I am pleased with what I ordered, the quality of the materials matching the descriptions on The Writing Desk's website. All I would say is that there was very slight damage to the corner of one of the writing pads but this appeared to have happened post dispatch. Irrespective, I shall be a returning customer.
