School Pens and Fountain Pens for Children
We are always keen to see children developing their handwriting by using a fountain pen. Fountain pens require much less effort in writing than ballpoint pens (biros) since no pressure is required. Therefore, fountain pens can therefore help a child learn a neat, comfortable and legible handwriting style.
We usually recommend a child uses ink cartridges rather than bottled ink fountain pen ink for convenience and cleanliness. All fountain pen ink cartridge ranges offer a washable blue which is the ideal choice for a child (although the definition of washable depends whose shirt you have spilled ink onto).
