Rohrer and Klingner Writing Ink
Lithographic artist Johann Adolf Rohrer (1850 - 1918) began the production of special graphic preparations in Leipzig 1892. His son Johann Adolf Rohrer (1880 - 1953) - who also studied lithography - continued the manufacturing of these specialist products and he and his partner Felix Arthur Klingner created Rohrer & Klingner Leipzig Co in 1907 and the company continues to this day under the same name. Rohrer and Klingner inks are manufactured in a traditional manner but using modern methods and materials to produce a high quality, brightly-coloured product that is suitable for all makes and types of fountain pen. The inks come in 50ml bottles at £3.90 each plus postage and packing. Note that colour representation cannot be truly accurate due to variations in scanning, the reproduction on your own computer system and varations in pen characteristics.
